Return Policy

At Buckle Up, we accept eligible returns within 3 days of the original receiving date. To qualify for a return, the watch must be in its original, unworn condition, free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included with the return.

Each returned item undergoes a detailed inspection by our team to ensure it meets our return standards. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, in accordance with Shopify’s updated policy. This fee will be deducted from your refund total.

If your return meets all conditions, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2–3 business days for the funds to reflect in your account after the return has been processed.
